  1. This is a beautifully colored beer. It is a nicely golden. The nose has a subtle malt and fruity sweetness to it. The front end of this beer is soft on the pallet, so as to not overwhelm the drinker. The middle portion of the taste hits with a little hoppiness that reminds you that it is not a push-over of a beer. It then ends with a bit of the honey sweetness that lingers for a while after finishing the beer.

I really like this beer. I cannot wait to enjoy this summer and only hope it stays around for some of the warmer months. It is almost a shame that it is a Spring Seasonal, because it would be great as a summer beer. The way the beer rises to a little hoppy peak in the middle before easing out with a refreshing honey finish makes it a very attractive beer.
